TERMS AND CONDITIONS FOR W.I.S.P

In order to join our program, please, carefully read these Terms and Conditions. They state all conditions for your participation in the investment project of W.I.S.P.

1. PARTICIPATING IN THE PROGRAM

1.1. By agreeing to these Terms and Conditions and by registering a personal account on W.I.S.P project web-site you acknowledge you have reached a full age established by legislation of your country and fully accept and obliged to the rules stipulated by this document.

1.2. Filling in the registration form it is mandatory to give accurate personal data and requisites.

2. PROCEDURE OF INVESTING TO THE PROJECT

2.1. A user invests money to W.I.S.P project by Liberty Reserve, Alertpay, Strictpay, Solidtrustpay or by Bank Wire. The payment once made is deposited instantly by all e-currencies, Bank Wires, are posted once a day after Administration approval.

3. RIGHTS AND OBLIGATIONS OF W.I.S.P COMPANY

3.1. W.I.S.P shall manage the money received from the user and pay the profit on the terms stipulated by these Terms and Conditions.

3.2. W.I.S.P has the right to independently make a decision to make any transaction.

3.3. W.I.S.P has the right to dissolve the agreement with the user if the user had infringed these Terms and Conditions or had committed actions damaging the project's activity or detractive from its reputation.

4. USER'S RIGHTS AND DUTIES

4.1. The user shall put his/her money on a personal account.

4.2. The user shall keep his/her login and password secret and shall not give the information to any third parties.

4.3. The user shall keep all documents confirming the payments made.

4.4. The user shall independently trace alterations in money invested.

4.5. The users have the right to request W.I.S.P to provide a possibility of trust management of the money.
